Mike Perry works in Brooklyn, NY. Making books, magazines, newspapers, clothing, drawings, paintings, illustrations and teaching whenever possible. His first book titled Hand Job published by Princeton Architectural Press hit the book shelves in 2006. “Mike Perry’s compendium of hand-drawn type points to the continued relevance of the human touch in modern communication.” —American Craft, October/November 2007. His second book titled Over & Over hits shelves early this fall. He is currently working on two new books. In 2007 he started a magazine called Untitled, that explores his current interests. The thrid issue is out now. He has worked with clients from New York Times Magazine, Dwell Magazine, Microsoft Zune, Urban Outfitters, eMusic, and Zoo York. In 2004 he was chosen as one of Step Magazines 30 under 30, in 2007 as a groundbreaking illustrator by Computer Arts Projects Magazine, and 2008 he received Print Magazines New Visual Artist award, and was chosen by the Art Directors Club as one of this years Young Guns (6). Doodling away night and day, Perry creates new typefaces and sundry graphics that inevitably evolve into his new work, exercising the great belief that the generating of piles is the sincerest form of creative process. His work has been seen around the world including a recent solo show in London titled "The Place between Time and Space."
I was so inspired with photography now.. When I saw Katy take a picture of me, it's so amazing to be a photographer. We can travel and get to know with the natures, with only one click. I will tried to post some of my photos again.
I just bought my new Plaited Handbag from my friend, Gisselle... She selled it to me only $50 ! Owh, how kindness is she ;)

This is my athletic outfits... When I take a bike time with my lil sister for 1 hour... I spend my time with her, ALL DAYS! My mom, dad, and my brother go to Russia for 3 weeks ... OMG.. babysitting time!
I just bought my new bracelets when I go to Sweden last month.. hmm, I think, I have to travel around the world this year... I think I have to think what's my alibi for my next school permission haha LOL ;)
Yesterday was the last day of Miami’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim. We happen to live in a city where the opportunities to don a swimsuit are few and far between, which is presumably why this five-day event is held in a place like Miami, where swimsuits are de riguer. Our lack of swimsuit-wearing opportunities means we don’t need very many, which also means we get to be extra choosy when picking them out. Or, it means realizing while packing last-minute for an impromptu trip to the Hamptons that you don’t own a swimsuit and running into Old Navy on 34th on your way to the train to buy the first one you see in your size. This is not ideal, so in the interest of being prepared for either situation, we look, with several grains of salt, to Miami Fashion Week.
Miami is not a place that most would consider to be on the forefront of fashion.
